New Hair!!

I did it I got brave and cute off my hair, I even did some color too!! My good friend Jessica did it for me we have worked out a trade I watch her little boy every once in a while and she cuts our hair she is very good and I am always happy with the results! I am so excited to have this change that is long over due. I was very nervous at first because I thought I wanted to grow out my hair, but I just didn't have the patients for it. So tell me what you think and be honest I love to hear every ones opinion!

We finally went camping!!!

Our family loves to go camping we usually go 4-6 times a year, (just little over nighters).

We have been so busy this summer that we had not been able to go and I had major camping fever I wanted to go so bad, so late Sunday night I planned a camp out for Monday! We went up Ogden canyon and stayed at a camp ground that is pretty close to Pine View reservoir. We had a blast My kids loved climbing the trees and Abbie rolled around in the dirt as usual she was so dirty! We brought our baseball stuff and played a little, and sat around the camp fire playing card games. Of coarse we made our traditional tin foil dinner that I learned how to make when I went to girls camp way back in the day, They turned out perfect we usually burn at least one but mmm they were yummy! Skyler's favorite part was of coarse roasting smashmellows ( that's how he says it) So when it was bed time Abbie was to excited that it took me about an hour to calm her down then in the middle of the night she woke up screaming for no apparent reason and I couldn't get her to stop it was horrible!

We woke up early and cooked a delicious breakfast and sat around the fire then packed up and came home. So we finally got a camping trip in it was short and sweet and tons of fun!

I LOVE SUNDAYS

I have always loves Sunday's! I enjoy going to church and feeling the spirit, but I have to admit I love getting Abbie all dressed up for church. My sister Tracy gives me all her daughter old clothes and they are all name brand and so cute.I get so excited when we get something new from her for Abbie wear to church. This is one of the latest things she gave us it is a darling white dress form the Gap and not to toot my own horn, but Abbie is so stinking cute in it!

Old friends!!

I have two very special friends that I have known for a very long time, and I wanted to let them know how I feel.

I met Jill when I was very young like 5 years old and we have been friends ever since. I mean sure we have had times that we didnt talk very much, but for the most part we have been friends. We had so much fun growing up and playing together.

I met Lacey in 5th grade, but in 8th grade is when we became pretty much inseprable we were together 24-7 it was some of the funnest times in my life!

Well needless to say we all grew up and grew apart and just recently in the last year I have gotten back in touch with them, It made me realize how much I missed their friendships, they are both some of the most amazing woman I have ever met and I am so glad I have the oppurtunity to be friends with them again.

Lacey and I had the privlage in throwing a baby shower for Jill this weekend and I kept thinking to my self how crazy it is that this many years down the road we are all still in touch and how fun it is to see how we have all made families of our own. Thank you Lacey and Jill for all the fun times and I hope our friendships can continue to grow. Love you guys!

Getting Healthy

I have debated on posting about this for a few weeks! I decided I wanted to and that I needed to because I need all the support I can get! So to start I want you all to know I made a huge decision a few weeks ago I decided I couldn't be this way any more and that I needed to do something about my weight! I am very very excited but also nervous. I joined L.A Weight Loss and I really like the program I have done this program before, over 5 years ago and it worked so well! Then I got married and had kids and the weight just kept piling on. But this is it, say goodbye to the old Erin because the new one is going to rock this world.

My sweet brother in law gave me his amazing treadmill that is practically brand new! It will be a huge help thank you so much Brandon.

It has been 3 1/2 weeks and I have lost 7 lbs. I would love to hear any encouragement or advice so please fill free to leave some! Thanks for all you support and wish me luck I know this isn't going to be easy and it will take a long time, but I am ready!!!

A GREAT WEEK

My sister Amy had her baby on Aug. 4th He is so darling. No really so cute I am not just saying that, He is perfect! He was 8lbs 7oz, and 20 1/2 inches. They named him Josiah Merril Marsing!

So I was the official photographer the day of the birth and I took soooooo Many Cute pics Pre baby and after with my camera. Then while she stayed in the hospital I had her girls and took them to do lots of fun stuff! Like Lagoon, Dinosaur Park,& the Zoo. They had a blast Well Lagoon was our first adventure and after a fun day and lots of pictures My camera was stollen. Yeah some rotten person stole my camera with all of Josiah pictures on it! I feel so bad I know Amy feels worse, but I feel responsible I hope who ever took it has a guilty cloud over there head for a long long time! With all this we still managed to have a fun rest of the week. I pulled out my old camera and took new pics at the park and Zoo. The girls had so much fun Destiny said " this is the BEST time of my life" They are such sweet girls and so helpful. I feel like I have a special bond with them. I love them dearly. Thanks Amy for letting me enjoy your girls!
