Getting so big!

Skyler is officially graduated from preschool! This was a bitter sweet thing for me I can't believe he is going to start kindergarten in the fall. It really feels like just the other day I was taking him to his first day of preschool (and yes I cried that day too.) He has learned so much the past two years as he has attended his school he had an INCREDIBLE teacher Miss Mindy. He loved her and will miss her, when Abbie gets old enough I am for sure sending her there. It has been so fun to watch him grow and learn new things. He can spell some words, write his name, write all kinds of words with a little help, he knows the alphabet, can count to an endless number, His coloring skills have improved a ton and has just gotten to be such a mature little boy whom we love so much. While at Preschool this year he has made friends with a very cute girl her name is Allie and he thinks she is very special! He and Allie played together everyday and if he came home and forgot to hug her goodbye he would be very upset! So at his graduation him and Allie had a long talk and said goodbye I have pics of it posted below sooo cute! Well we are excited and nervous all at the same time to experience the adventures of kindergarten, I know he will do great and have so much fun I am just going to miss him during the day. I am sure I will get over it and even love having him gone for part of the day.

Thank you to Miss Mindy for all your amazing work you do for these cute kids!

I am so proud of you Sky you are such a smart boy and a good friend I love you!

Picking daisy's in the out feild!

Skyler had his first Tee-ball game on Monday, It was to funny! I honestly could not stop laughing. These cute kids were trying their best. Skyler was on second base and when they threw him the ball it hit him in the face because he was day dreaming the whole time! I couldn't help but start to laugh then I checked to see if he was o.k I know horrible ha! I love t-ball because they don't keep score and they don't have outs so it is just fun and games. Sky really has enjoyed it so far and thinks it is awesome to be on a REAL team! This will definantly be a highlight of our summer to watch him learn and grow in the game of baseball.

Easter Weekend!

We had a very fun and exciting Easter weekend. We spent it in Flagstaff Arizona with Nate's brother Aaron and his wife Lindsey Ayla Lindsey neice was there visiting at the same time my kids loved her and thought she was so fun to play with!
We had lots of fun doing all different kinds of activities. We went to an African Safari Zoo it was very cool to see all the exotic animals. It was feeding day so we saw them get fed all sorts of nasty red meat. We went on the safari ride that lets you be right nest to some of the animals and feed the giraffes. When we got back I noticed I wasn't feeling well and Sky had a temperature that night Sky didn't get much sleep he was sick and the next day he spent sleeping and getting better. We found out we had strep throat so we took a day off from fun and rested. The next day was Easter and we had a big Easter egg hunt Aaron and Lindsey live on an acre with their horses so we had a large area to hide the eggs the kids thought it was fun we also did a pinata so needless to say they had TONS of candy! Nate made a little fire pit on their property and we made smores and just hung out by the fire that night. We did a bunch of other fun stuff while we where there we went swimming, shopping, hiking, hot tubing, rode horses, and had wii play offs! We had so much fun and cant wait to go again. Thank you Aaron and Lindsey for letting us come visit and showing us such a good time we love you guys and already miss you!

Few and far between!

So I have No camera right now and so my post are few are far between. But for a little update on what has been going on in our lives.

Abbie, is fully potty trained, even at night she hasn't had an accident for a long time!
She is growing more and more everyday! Her speech has also gotten expanded she is talking like crazy and we love it.

Skyler, is almost done with Pre school he has enjoyed every second of it! I have him on the waiting list for Syracuse Arts Academy I am really hoping he gets in. We have also signed him up for tee ball it starts in May and I think Nate is more excited about that than Sky. :) He is going to be 5 in May and I cant believe how fast it has gone by.

Erin, I have been busy being a mom and trying to get the day care put together every day! I am always getting new kids and it is fun to see how each child is so different. I am STILL on my diet it has been really slow lately and I have been very frustrating! Nothing to exciting going on with me.

Nate, Well if you know Nate you know he always has a new project going right now he is digging out our rocks in the back Yard and rebuilding a rock wall. He is about half way done and I hope he finishes soon. He is still out of work and we are just waiting for ABF to call back they said they are hoping to call him back at the end of the month! Keep your fingers crossed for us.

That is about all that is new in our lives. We are going to Arizona for Easter to visit Nate's brother Aaron we are very excited for that. we will keep you all updated on our job situation thanks for all your help and prayers while we try to get through this. Love you all!

OUR TRIP!

WARNING: LONG POST PICTURE OVERLOAD!

M.I.C.K.E.Y M.O.U.S.E

We had the best time in Disneyland!! Our trip started of on Wed. March 4th we left our house at 4:00am and hot the road for the Grand Canyon neither Nate or I had ever been so we decided to take a little detour and go. It was beautiful! We were only there for about 2 hours, but we saw tons of the canyon. It was really windy so we only did the small little hikes nothing major. As we were getting ready to leave the Canyon I asked this nice guy to take a family picture for us when he was done and was giving me my camera back I dropped it AHHHH are you freaking serious I dropped our camera before our vacation even started!! Well needless to say it was a goner it was broken and we where left with NO camera!! After the Grand Canyon we went to Nates brothers house (Aaron) We stayed there for 2 night and we honestly had so much fun! They have a small farm with 4 horses 2 dogs and 3 chickens. My kids loved every second of it. They have a horse that they have had for a while now named Jack Skyler has called him his horse for as long as I can remember so he was very excited to ride his Jack while we where there. They also got to feed the Chickens and go on little train rides. (a wagon hooked up to a lawn mower!) Thank you Aaron and Lindsey for showing us such a great time!
From there we headed to the magical land of Disney! The first day we went to the beach and playing in the freezing ocean. That is where we meet up with Amy and her family.
Abbie feel head first on the wet sand so I sat out with her most of the time. Nate and Sky made a sand castle and played hard.
We then went to Disney the next day and had the time of our lives! It was so fun and amazing to see my kids eyes when they saw it for the first time! Our first ride was Peter Pan! Skyler was able to ride everything except Indiana Jones? Abbie rode everything she was able to and it was surprisingly alot! We stayed that night for the Fantasmic show which was AWESOME!
The next day even though we were all exhausted and sore form the day before we went to California Adventure and spent the day there. Sky really like it because all the Toy Storey characters where there (his favorite) He also braves the Tower of Terror Hotel ride I was very proud of him! There was a parade there that day that was great.I think that California Adv. was fun in all but Disney is way better!
We then headed south the next day to do Sea World! I think it is AMAZING how incredible those animals are! We loved all the shows and had a great time! Well except for the whole fact that I lost my cell phone during the 4D sesame street show. I know what you are thinking broke the camera lost a phone you can say it I am a nerd! :)
On our last day we ventured back to Disney and had so much fun!! We did all our favorites over again. Sky's favorites are Splash Mountain, Space Mountain Abbie's was Winnie the Pooh Nate and mine were Splash Mountain Space Mountain Tower of Terror and Soaring of Cali.
We LOVED Disneyland and can't wait to go back! We had so much fun and would do it over and over again!
Last but not least on the way home we went to Las Vegas for 2 nights. We took the kids to see all the fun stuff like the fountains at the Balogio, the sirens at T.I, the Lions at the MGM, the M&M world, ect ect.. We tried to get to our room by 9:00 and drove every where we went so our kids wouldn't be exposed to all the Nastys out there. I have to say we really didn't see any because we stayed off the strip most of the time! We hung out by the pool and just relaxed we call it our vacation form our vacation.
All in all we had a great vacation, but are happy to be home!
